What we collect

When tracking is on, Google Analytics 4 processes page and product-action events plus bounded, non-identifying campaign and journey values. We do not send your registration email to analytics.

Your browser stores a versioned first-party analytics preference, without your IP address or email. If you join the beta, the registration service stores your email, the required contact permission, experiment identifiers, first-touch campaign values, and the time of registration.

Why and who processes it

Analytics helps us understand which pages and actions are useful. Google processes analytics when it is enabled; our first-party consent control manages the regional analytics choice. The BothSaw experiment service processes beta registrations. We do not sell personal data.

Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, Google Signals, remarketing, and enhanced conversions are disabled. Google Ads click and cost reports are evaluated separately from the registration record.

Your choices

Use the small Tracking: on or Tracking: off control in the lower corner to review or change analytics at any time. A change applies immediately to future events. Beta registration permission is separate: changing tracking never disables the registration form, and registering never changes tracking.

Retention and contact

Analytics follows the retention period configured in the GA4 property. The analytics preference remains in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Registration records are kept through the experiment and evaluation, then reviewed for deletion or anonymization within 90 days unless security, fraud-prevention, or legal needs require a longer period.

To ask about, correct, or delete a beta registration, reply to the BothSaw thank-you email. If you have not registered, the tracking control provides the available consent and revocation path.
